Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for shipping.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us at info@allnztrading.co.nz with your order details.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns policy.


Order Enquiries:

  • For any inquiries about your order, including tracking information, please contact us at info@allnztrading.co.nz.
  • Please include your order number and relevant details in your inquiry.


Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@allnztrading.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide details and photos of the damaged item, along with your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged item.


Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@allnztrading.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
